Meet Alicia Guastaferro, the 15-year-old beauty pageant participant and daughter of the latest star of “Wife Swap”, Karen Guastaferro. See her biography and photos here.
“Wife Swap” returned tonight, January 2, 2008, with a vengeance. Pageant mom Karen Guastaferro made headlines when she discussed how spoiled her daughter was, even admitting that she and her husband buy their daughter, Alicia Guastaferro, something everyday.
As a biography, Alicia Guastaferro is 15 years old of age and lives in Buffalo, New York.
Alicia has been participating in beauty pageants since she was 11 months old. In 2000, she was named Little Miss Buffalo. In 2003, she was named Miss Congeniality in the Gingerbread Nationals. In 2005, she won Outstanding Sportwear in Miss New York’s Outstanding Teen 2005 competition. In a 2006 Outstanding Teen competition she won the “Jubilee” award.
Guastaferro also participates in gymnastics. She was named to the Inferno team of the Greater Buffalo Elite Heat. And she makes the grades – in 2005 she made the honor roll.
So what could possibly go wrong? In 2008, her family starred on the premiere episode of “Wife Swap” on ABC. The Guastaferro family is fairly wealthy and believes in showering their daughter Alicia with gifts. For New Year’s, she got a 2008 Chevy Tahoe … and she’s not even old enough to drive it. The car was only one gift of 364 given in 2007, because the family believes in giving Alicia a gift everyday. Karen Guastaferro says,
“We do have a Christmas tree year-round and she does get a gift everyday. Its not like big gifts everyday, but she does get a small reward, like makeup or small item. Its kind of like the simple, enjoy everyday — It’s Christmas every day.”
So of course Alicia is a fan of the life she gets to live.
“I live a very carefree life where I have no chores. I have anything I want, I get. Its a great life. I love it.”
The real world is going to be interesting, honey. Alicia also said on the show,
“I do feel sorry for people that are not gorgeous people,” Alicia said on the show.
But not as sorry as they feel for you, Alicia.

Wow I saw this episode it was horrible! Alicia is an ugly dumbass; she could not spell “America” I don’t care if it was a script I bet most of that show was truth because I don’t know anyone who would be willing subject themselves to looking like jackasses in front of millions. The Guastaferro family values is what is destroying society in teaching our children they need to look a certain way in order to get ahead in life. I’m sorry but that Alicia said she was going to be a dentist, how will she even get into college, her mom cant take the SAT’s for her. OH wait I’m sure her parents will bribe someone into letting her into college and this is someone you want to be responsible for possibly working on your teeth! Yeah right! I also hated the way the feminist was portrayed as cutting her kids off from the world. She has the right idea! Children should be home schooled to teach them very strong self confidence in themselves before having to go out into this evil world of self hatred. Children at a very young age learn the made-up difference between girls and boys when their really isn’t any. Maybe if we had a society that told little boys it’s okay to express anger in other ways besides punching someone then the world would be a better place or letting girls know that magazines portray an unachievable ideal body that 98% of women DO NOT HAVE.

Not only is the sparkle girl a waste of skin but the Jesus freak mother from the other family also is. I can’t decide which set of parents is more mentally damaged. The only thing I can say is that both sets of parents shouldn’t have been allowed to have children.

The school is Williamsville East and she really gave us a bad name. I go to school with her and she is not popular. I remember when I first say her in last year (I think it was last year maybe the year before) and she is the fakest person you will ever see. Dyed blond hair makeup its awful. She isn’t even pretty and she doesnt sparkle. She says she feels bad for people who arent glamours well let me tell you this, when we all have jobs and shes living at her parents house when shes 40 then whos laughing. Learn to read and do your own homework bitch.

It’s a pity, really.
The girl knows nothing and understands nothing, and to me, that is the saddest and most deplorable condition of all.
She’s partly to blame, yes, but the vocation of her “parents” deserves far more vitriol than those of the girl herself. The foundation they have laid for their girl are ramshackle and without support; this girl is bound for an abominable archetypal fall in the future, and I’ll say that if her folks have any bit of foresight, they’ll make best to clear the way of her ivory tower when it comes crashing down.
I, for a simple reason, honestly can’t bring myself to call them ‘parents’, for that would be a grave insult to those who truly rear and sacrifice for their children in our time, in times before, and times thereafter.

I feel sorry for this girl. She is a product of her parents and if anything ever happens to her looks (which are alright at best) then she’ll be s o l for sure. I wish her parents had half a brain cell between them so they would realize this.

Wow. What a spoiled rotten brat. Honestly, all she could say was “ohhh i feel SO BAD for people who aren’t pretty”. She isn’t even pretty, she looks fake and disgusting. She seems like such a bitch, and according to the other comments she obviously isn’t a nice person.
She NEEDS to read these comments. Maybe then she’ll smarten up and realize she isn’t that great and that people DON’T like her.
I sincerely hope she never gets disfigured in an accident or fire, as I think her parents would disown her. Without her looks she’d be nothing; what a sad life she leads.
