Lily Allen was diagnosed with a heart murmur
Singer Lily Allen (see more photos below) has come forth and opened up as to why she recently had lost 19 pounds in only six weeks - because doctors found that she had a heart murmur.
The Brit went from a size 12 to a svelte size 8. She told Grazia Magazine:
I found out I had a heart murmur about three months ago. I had switched doctors and just went for a routine check up, which is when they discovered I had this irregular murmur.
After hearing the diagnosis, she started to hit the gym and now exercises three times a week for at least an hour and a half. She wants it to be known that her losing weight was not to make herself look like a “skinny minnie” but because she’s looking after herself.
Lily, if you’re wanting to look after yourself properly, then toning it down on the boozing and smoking will help immensely.
