Things took a traumatic turn for Amy Winehouse yesterday, after her home was raided by London police. Dramatic events followed when her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested. Eight plain closed officers handcuffed Blake and led him away as Amy sobbed and screamed, “Baby, I love you. Baby, I’ll be fine.”
Blake, along with four other men, were arrested on suspicion of a plot to stop a trial involving assault charges. Blake and the other men were allegedly trying to pay a key witness $400,000 to withhold evidence from the court.
These charges face a maximum penalty of life in prison.
