Our hearts go out to Hunter Tylo, the Hollywood actress whose son drown. Photos of Michael Tylo, Jr. and Hunter Tylo are here, along with an interview video.
Michael “Mickey” Tylo passed away in a drowning accident on Thursday night, October 18th, 2007 at the family home in Henderson, Nevada. He was 19-years old. A coroner’s report is forthcoming, including the results of toxicology tests, but the cause of death appears to be drowning in the family pool. Police responded to a crisis call late at night.
I cannot imagine what it would be like to lose a son or daughter. And for a Hollywood actress who has the world in the palm of her hands, you cannot expect everything to be suddenly ripped away that you cherish. God bless Hunter Tylo. May her son rest in peace as she grieves for the loss of her baby, Mickey Tylo.
One of her daughters, Isabella, has a glass-eye as a result of an early health problem in her childhood. She has one surviving son and another daughter named Katya.
Tylo famously sued Aaron Spelling for firing her from Melrose Place when she was pregnant with Isabella. Apparently that was not in the script. She won $5 million dollars in her lawsuit.
She is currently an actress on “Bold and the Beautiful,” after acting stints on “Days of Our Lives” and “All My Children.”

Who does you research? She has 2 sons & 2 daughters. And its her youngest daughter Katya that has a glass eye. The older daughter is Izabella.

You need to be corrected on three points. Mickey was 19, hardly her “baby”. She has TWO daughters, and it’s the youngest, Katya, who lost an eye due to cancer.

Please everyone, a horrible tragedy has just occured don’t worry about the trivia of someone elses personal life. As a close friend of the family, what I can say is that Michael Tylo, Jr. was loved by his mother Hunter and father Michael. What the family needs now is everyone’s support in raising good thoughts up for their son.

My heart and prayers go out to you, and your family in this time of tragedy. We aren’t supposed to out live our children. We don’t know God’s plan, but He has one. He is our source of strength, and I know you believe this because of your comment about the Psalm. I am a Texan also, raised in Waco, and live in Austin.
