American Idol winner Carrie Underwood is reportedly dating Chace Crawford, star of the new hit TV show, Gossip Girl. The two were spotted last Friday at the NYC club Marquee making out. They spent Saturday night together as well, having a romantic dinner at Mario Batali’s Del Posto restaurant and then drinks at Soho Grand. A source revealed to OK!:
“They held court at their own private table, kissing and not leaving each other’s side.”
Carrie’s romance with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo ended this past summer, but they are still very good friends. She talks to him “pretty much everyday”, either by text or by phone.
Friends say that the new relationship is exciting because “Chace has a bad boy image” on the show (Gossip Girl) and Carrie has a good girl image, so together “they’re just hot”.
Carrie Underwood, 24, is a couple years older than Chace Crawford, and they both hail from small towns; he is from Texas and she is from Oklahoma.
