Jessica Simpson attended the ‘Operation Smile’ 25th anniversary gala in Beverly Hills, CA on Friday. Jessica was introduced to the organization by her good friend and stylist, Ken Pavés in 2003. Since then, Jessica has served as the Operation Smile International Youth Ambassador.
Jessica Simpson is pictured with nine-year-old Paige Atkison who was born with a cleft lip and cleft plate. Operation Smile and Paige raised over $17,000 so that her surgeon can operate on children similarly afflicted.
I am glad to see Jessica Simpson is part of this charity. It is nice to see a celebrity stick to a charity and actually work for them.
