Although Emmy Rossum is known to many as an actress, her first love has always been music. Her first album, Inside Out, is scheduled to be released on October 23rd. There are three songs on the album that are available currently for download on iTunes - Slow Me Down (see video below), Stay, and Falling.
You may have heard her voice on The Phantom of the Opera soundtrack (which she played the role of Christine), and recently sang the National Anthem this past summer at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.
Slow Me Down is a song she wrote about the modern world that’s always in a rush. She said, “You miss out on what’s important, like love and special moments.â€?
