Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen finally launched their collection “The Row” at New York Fashion Week on Saturday. The fashion event was held at St. Regis Hotel. “The Row” has the bohemian style, It’s a really chic and modern collection. It’s all about black and white basics with a splash of green. Perfectly sexy little T-back T-shirts with French seams down the back (no sideseams), stretch leather pants and jodhpurs, Alaia-like dresses that cling and somehow flatter different shapes. There are not a lot of buttons or zippers, the pieces are great for the modern young woman who doesn’t have too much time (or simply doesn’t want) to wear complicated clothes.
Definitely, this collection shows Mary-Kate and Ashley’s style, their only unique style, very different from one another. Paper Magazine was there for a sneak preview in which Mary-Kate personally displayed her favorite pieces.
