Justin Bieber has been everywhere of late as he stages his musical comeback. A logical stop thus was On Air with Ryan Seacrest and an in-depth interview in which had had a chance to tell his fans and the public at large that he has changed after that year or so of perennial bad behavior that landed him in jail briefly, with mugshot photos typically going viral on the Internet and the like.

After his Comedy Central Roast at which he delivered an apology speech and talked about the new direction he wanted to take, he has been giving a series of interviews.

With Ryan Seacrest he opened up about his music and answered the question that begs. How have his experiences shaped the music.

He said, “There is a lot of stuff that I’ve been going through over the last few years. I just really want to bleed it on this record. I want people to know that I’m not playing around. I’m not doing a record that is cookie cutter or doing something that I think people want to hear.”

He added, “I’ve been pretty silent about what I’ve been going through and just growing up in this life is hard, so I want to translate that.”

He also conceded that his relationship with Selena Gomez figures into the music. He said, “A lot of my inspiration comes from her. It was a long relationship and a relationship that created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that I wanted to write about, so there’s a lot of that on this album.”

Release date and title are still a mystery, but with each new interview, he speaks of the music and his hoped-for comeback as he attempts to distance himself from the months and months of bad publicity as he became a pop star turned train wreck.

As for the Comedy Central Roast, Justin Bieber said that he wanted to have people close to him do it, noting the host Kevin Hart in particular as well as Ludacris and Saquille O’Neal. He went on to add, ” A couple of them I didn’t know, but most of them were close to me, so I knew it was all out of fun.”

He is also among the lineup of music artists for this year’s KIIS FM Wango Tango and it will be one of his first major performances on the concert stage in quite a long time.
