Britney Spears is getting investigated for child abuse and child neglect by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. The shocking story of Britney’s child abuse investigation by child protective services was reported by the gossip site TMZ after her court appearance on August 27th, 2007.
The names of Britney’s children which she miraculously conceived with Kevin Federline are Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Allegations of child neglect are nothing new for Britney Spears. She was visited by child welfare officials in 2006 when Sean Preston was just a neglected baby.
The reason for that visit was reportedly a “scalp fracture” which sent baby Spears to the hospital emergency room after she supposedly fell from a high chair.
For the curious minded, you can also see what Britney’s babies were drinking. No neglect there.
