Kate Hudson seems to be cozying up quite nicely with her new man Dax Shepard. Kate and her son Ryder were seen hanging out with Dax in a very familiar “family�? type photo. Looks like Kate is really trying to replace Chris Robinson.

You best know Dax Shepard as the funny trickster in MTV’s Punk’d.

Isn’t it a bit soon to let your kid get this close with another man, you barely have been dating? Poor Ryder must be really confused.
