Rapper Diva Foxy Brown is probably facing jail after violating her probation. She has been charged with another assault case, after hitting her neighbour with a Blackberrry in Brooklyn. Foxy Brown turned herself into police yesterday and was charged with felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon. She reportedly hit her neighbour with her Blackberry and the victim suffered loosened teeth, swollen lips and a swollen eye and was taking to a hospital. Foxy was released for $50K and faces a judge next month.
Foxy Brown was arrested earlier this year after assaulting a worker at a beauty store and also for assaulting an employee at Bloomies Nail Salon in New York. Since she has violated her probation she will most likely go to jail.
