Another bizarre death in the WWE! Former professional wrestling champion Brian “Crush” Adams was found dead today at age 43. After the murder and suicide rampage of wrestler Chris Benoit less than two months ago, questions are being raised about the cause of his death.
Adams was found unconscious at his home in Tampa by his wife, who called 911 at around 11 a.m. this morning. He was later pronounced dead. A cause of death isn’t known, but a police spokesperson says that foul play isn’t suspected and there was no immediate indication of injury.
Adams joined the WWE roster in 1990. He last performed in 2001 and was a tag team world champion. Back in 1995, Adams was arrested and charged with receiving anabolic steroids through the mail.
