People magazine is reporting that Christina Applegate and Jonathan Schaech’s divorce has been finalized. The couple decided to split in 2005 after a four-year marriage. Thirty-seven-year-old Schaech cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
It was apparently a amicable split; no whining over who got what. Although in the end, Christina drew the long straw; she gets both of their Los Angeles homes and the Lexus. Jonathan merely gets 2001 Mercedes-Benz and the cement Buddha statue that requested.
Christina will be back on T.V. this fall in a new ABC series, Samantha Who?
