Bra-tastrophe Story: Lifetime Double Divas Giveaway!

January 3, 2013

Have you ever had a bra-tastrophe? You know, a Tara Reid moment? Well I certainly have. A few months after my first child was born we went on a family vacation to the beach. I was pretty much wearing nursing bras all the time, which was fine with my regular shirts. We went out for dinner on the beach at this beautiful restaurant – you could watch the sunset while you dined and it was absolutely stunning. And hot. We are talking Florida in July people. It is not comfortable. So I wore a strapless tank top and one of my old strapless bras. Big mistake.

My bra was too small and kept flipping under my boobs, which made my top slip down and look like I was stuffing a sweater under my shirt. It was embarrassing! I learned a hard lesson and I always make sure to check my bra size every few months or so (I have been pregnant or breastfeeding for the past three years, so it is necessary). It is all about the right bra size folks.

So what is your bra-tastrophe? Double Divas is having a special episode so we are all about hearing your stories!

Boasting a hilariously unfiltered cast exuding Southern charm and hospitality, “Double Divas” follows LiviRae owners and best friends Molly Hopkins, the “boob whisperer,” and Cynthia Richards, the “Thomas Edison” of custom lingerie, as they display their natural talent helping women with any and all intimate apparel needs.

Double Divas premieres Thursday, January 10 at 10/9c, so be sure to tune in.

I was so excited to see the previews of double divas! I Have had large breast all my life a D cup. Which I absolutely hate! I can never find a bra that is comfortable or fits me right. I either end up with a uni boob or falling out of the bottom of the bra I wear. And being 45 with gravity taking over hasn’t helped matters much.

I have to say that I was very excited to see the new show double divas. I have suffered with having big breasts my entire life. The last time I checked my size of bra was a 42 e before I started wearing sports bras. I am 34 years old and I have tried many different bras, even went to the extent of using a girdle to push up my breasts. I have permanent indents in my shoulders from the effects of wearing bad bras, I have given up and started wearing sports bras since I cannot seem to find a bra that fits me comfortably. Please help me ease my constant pain and aggravation of finding a bra that fits me the way that one should.
    Sincerely,
    Saggy bottom boobs.

I need to know if you all can custom make me a bra. I think I am a 42 or 46 DD. But that is not so big as the women on your show. The “special” reason I need this is because I was hit by a drunk driver in 2002 and my heart actually moved inside my chest and disconnected from my aorta and because all my ribs were broken the doctor Julio Williams, had to go in through my back and break my shoulder blade to reach my heart, he called me his 1%er so now because I do not have the shoulder blade no bra I have bought fits me correctly and I have not been able to find anyone to fix one for me
    Please help me.

Hi my name is cassandra and i started developing when i was 10 and now i am 20 years old. I had my daughter 18 months ago and ever since i have gotten bigger.ive been measured 3 times and was told 3 different sizes.it makes me confused.so i went with the second opinion because it seemed more logical but i was wrong,i decided to wear this nice shirt i got for christmas and one it looked like i had a bunch of bras on to make myself look bigger and i have alot of spillage and the bottom of the bra doesnt even come close to under my chest and it hurts after a while of wearing a bra so i usually wear sports bras. its hard to feel confident when i dont have a comfortable bra or one that looks normal.with me being young i want to be sexy and comfy.
