Miley stars as Miley Stewart by day and Hannah Montana by night on the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana show.
As a biography, Miley’s father is Billy Ray Cyrus. She was born in Tennessee on born November 23, 1992 which makes her 14 years old. She has Nashville music roots. Her original birth name is Destiny Hope because her parents thought that she would have a great destiny. Her nickname of “Miley” started when she was a little girl because she could not stop smiling. Her first album was released in 2006 as a “Hannah Montana” soundtrack compilation DVD of eight songs that she sang. She also toured that year. In 2007 Miley wrote 8 of the songs on her new DVD Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus.
Cyrus will launch her new concert tour on October 18, 2007 in St. Louis.
