A pregnant Nicole Richie appeared in court this morning, where she plead guilty to her second DUI charge. Nicole Richie was sentenced to serve four days in county jail. She received credit for a fifth day, for when she served six hours when she was first arrested.
Nicole was also fined $2,048, ordered to attend an alcohol education course for 21 days, and 3 years probation.
The commissioner also warned Nicole that if she drove drunk again and killed someone, she would face charges of murder – not manslaughter. Nicole made this agreement when she was charged with her first DUI.
Nicole must serve her time before September 28. She is expected to have her first child in January.
