Lindsay Lohan Officially Arrested

Lindsay Lohan turned herself in to the Beverly Hills Police Department yesterday afternoon where she was officially arrested. Lindsay is being charged with driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 and misdemeanor hit and run. The starlet was held in custody for about an hour and was released on $30,000 bail. Lindsay is scheduled to appear in court on August 24.

Didn’t the cops find coke in her car too? Why isn’t she facing charges for that?
