Is Carla DiBello Kobe Bryant’s affair and the reason for his divorce? Vanessa finally got tired of his cheating ways and decided to file for divorce.
Well, we have heard this story a dozen times over, unfortunately from the same couple. Kobe Bryant has been made famous, not only for his “black mamba ways”, but also for his alleged string of affairs and sexual encounters.
The most famous incident took place back in 2004 when news of Kobe’s affair with Katelyn Faber hit the news. She accused him of sexual assault, while he claimed it was consensual. Eventually charges were dropped, but damage was done to his relationship with his wife. Vanessa stood by her man, and he gifted her with a $4 million 8-carat purple diamond ring, now dubbed the “Vanessa ring.” You may recall Tiger Woods also referring to needing one of those fixes when his epic affairs were revealed.
Then came a few more rumors, and here we are today with news of Carla DiBello, who is one of Kim Kardashian’s BFF’s. DiBello is a producer on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
According to the rumors, she has been having an alleged affair with Kobe for some time and Vanessa found out by snooping through his text messages. There are also rumors that Kobe was also having an affair with Playboy model Jessica Burciaga. Ouch. I guess there isn’t a ring big enough to fix this one.
TMZ reports that Kobe is worth about $150 million and the couple has no prenup. Kboe “loved her too much for that.” Well he sure made a series of stupid decisions.
Vanessa filed for divorce from Kobe citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’ She is asking for shared custody but wants the kids most of the time. Kobe has already moved out of the couple’s mansion, and Vanessa will get to keep the home.
I feel so bad for Vanessa. She clearly loves him, or she wouldn’t have put up with so much. But everyone has a breaking point. So sad. Do you think Carla DiBello is the reason for Kobe’s divorce?
