The 2012 Golden Globe nominations have been announced and there were quite a few surprises, as well as some serious snubs.
Earlier today the nominees for the 2012 Golden Globe Awards were revealed thanks to Gerard Butler, Woody Harrelson, Rashida Jones and Sofia Vergara, who had the honor of reading off the now coveted list of names.
Before I give you my two cents on the list I give to you the nominees.

I am not all that pleased with this list. First off how is Melissa McCarthy not nominated for Bridesmaids? Nothing against Kristen Wiig but Melissa totally made that movie. Next no Breaking Bad nomination for Best TV Drama, are you freaking kidding me? It is the best show on television; it so should have been up for a nod instead of Boss, ugh! Those are the two biggest snubs in my opinion. There was however a couple of nice surprises like Shailene Woodley being nominated for The Descendants, she is amazing and so deserving of this nod. I was also pleased to see my guy Ryan Gosling nominated for Best Actor in both the Drama and Comedy/Musical category.
All that being said I was not very happy with this year’s nominations, it kind of makes me not want to watch the show on January 15th on NBC.
