Beyonce Knowles surprised two fans who were injured in a pyrotechnic stunt at her Sunday night concert in St. Louis by showing up at the hospital to visit them! A nurse at the hospital says Beyonce sat and visited with the victims for about 45 minutes and showed genuine concern for their well being.
The little mishap occurred when the pyrotechnics accidentally spilled into the front row. The injuries of the two patients was minor…so not a bad deal, huh? Front row tickets and a personal meeting with Beyonce?
It was a nice gesture on Beyonce’s part. Or perhaps she’s just worried about getting sued?

This is just 1 of the many examples of how good of an heart she has…the has been the best artist out there, no trouble w/ the industry, just a normal down to earth woman keep doing you “B”…everybody else quit hating and find you some buisness!
