Well another Bachelor/Bachelorette couple has gone their separate ways. This time it is Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez whose reality TV love couldn’t last.
On a not very surprising note it has been confirmed that Ali and Roberto are dunzo. For weeks now it seems the rumor mill has been insinuating that there was trouble in paradise between these two crazy kids. I guess the rumor mill was right on, huh. If you recall last month the couple admitted that their wedding was being put on hold because they “didn’t feel the need to walk down the isle right now” or ever apparently.
A rep for the former love birds released this statement about the break up.
Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez have ended their relationship. As they go through this difficult time, we ask that you respect the couple’s privacy.
It is your typical break up statement that is given by almost all reps when a famous couple calls it quits, even if it is a Z-list couple.
Fedotowsky and Martinez did last longer than a lot of other couples from The Bachelorette or The Bachelor but it still isn’t surprising they are kaput. There are very few couples that meet on that show that are in it for the long haul, I think maybe two have actually gotten hitched to the person they choose on the show. I don’t really count Jason Mesnik because he chose Melissa then back tracked and chose Molly.
That neither here nor no there right now back to the broken hearted couple who are each keeping their traps shut about what went wrong. Ali has yet to mention anything on Twitter about the end of her engagement. Ending a relationship is tough so I will put all my sarcasm aside right now and wish both Ali and Roberto the best as they go through this difficult time.
