Kendall Jenner’s Sweet 16 Birthday Bash Gift: 2012 Range Rover… STOP The Madness!

Kendall Jenner turned 16 on November 3rd and celebrated with a Sweet 16 birthday bash Saturday night at the swanky Andaz Hotel in Hollywood. All of the Kardashians were on hand, yes, Kim included (so much for going into hiding), to help the aspiring model celebrate the milestone. As a gift to their oldest child, Mama Kris and Daddy Bruce went all out and presented the teen with a 2012 black Range Rover. Okay, seriously? She’s freakin’ 16 years old! Ri-di-cu-lous. When. Will. This. Stop?

First, before those loyal Kardashian fans start hatin’ on me, I will point out that the Sweet 16 birthday bash had a charitable twist. The party benefited the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. There. With that said and done, I am completely baffled as to why Kendall’s parents thought that giving such an extravagant vehicle valued at over $90,000 was apropos, not to mention the fact that the luxury SUV is such a high pollutant gas guzzler.

A source at the party told Us Weekly, “Kendall was thrilled and jumped right in the car with friends. She spent about fifteen minutes in there checking everything out, oohing and aahing over the car. She was in the driver’s seat and her friends were crowding around her inside the car.”

Kendall later thanked her parents via Twitter, saying… “I love my mommy and daddy!” Older half sister Khloe Kardashian tweeted in response to the 16-year-old’s sentiment…”And we ALL love you!!! You do have one of the BEST set of parents in the world!!!”

I think we can all agree that the majority of America is tired of the Kardashian shenanigans. Kris and Bruce have failed in the parenting department, and now their entire family is pretty much the ‘butt’ of all jokes. I suppose the late night TV talk show hosts are thankful…the Kardashians make it too easy for them.
