After taking a very brief hiatus, Rachel Bilson and the gang of Bluebell have returned in a spooky hour that might be arriving late for Halloween, but was pretty entertaining all the same. Get the episode review of ‘The Undead & The Unsaid’ below.
Hart of Dixie premiered tonight with a full new episode that had Zoe Hart on edge, with the whole town thinking she was going crazy. After taking over the duties of delivering a baby for Brick so that he could watch football, Zoe’s drive home ends with a hit and run that involves a dead man.
After identifying him in a picture, Zoe is determined that she knows what she saw. After spotting him here and there, Zoe is determined and finally discovers that the man isn’t dead after all. Before coming across him in the woods with Wade though, most of the episode we see Zoe sleepless and desperate, running to Wade for help. She is also told that her lack of sleep, and supposed hallucinations, most likely has something to do with the non stop phone calls from her mom that she refuses to answer.
That quickly changes when her mom comes to town asking for forgiveness. After blowing up, and finally getting things off her chest, all is good, on that front anyways. The dead man issue is also solved. It seems her ghost was a hero of Bluebell who hides from his new family in the woods.
Meanwhile, George and Lavon are at war over a historical house George wants to buy for Lemon. Looking for Lavon to help him get around the town restrictions and through all the red tape, Lavon gets angry. The duo do however settle their differences by the end of the hour, as well as a squabble between Lemon and her sister, Magnolia, who is testing the waters and acting out after realizing her big sister is moving out and out of the house.
What did you think hart of Dixie fans? Another great hour or what? Next week – Zoe will be meeting a new gentleman caller and headed out on her first date since moving to Bluebell.
