The countdown has officially begun, Twihards! We are quickly approaching the two-month mark for the arrival of the first Breaking Dawn installment, so you know what that means… teasers, trailers, and more teasers to get your blood pumping!
We got a little Twilight love at the MTV Movie Awards a couple months ago, but as has been the case with this movie, things have been pretty hush-hush. More power to them for being able to keep things under wraps so well, but it certainly gets under the skin of those of us eagerly waiting for things to get moving!
So to appease our hunger for all things Twilight, we have been gifted not one, but TWO posters from Yahoo! Movies. In the first, we find a very enamored (and officially married!) Bella and Edward while the second one offers us a less thrilled Jacob on a Forks beach with his pack in tow.
But wait! That’s not all! We also get a pack of movie stills that show what appears to be some previously unseen (and undead) wedding guests and some more shots of the highly anticipated honeymoon, during which they seem to play a lot of chess (not only is it paying homage to the books cover, but c’mon, it’s still a PG-13 movie and in PG-13 movies people play chess on their honeymoons.)
And you better believe there is icing on this cake in the form of a teaser trailer! The first full-length trailer for the film is being released on Tuesday, but this 15-second snippet gives you a taste of what we have in store!
As stoked as I am for this movie, I can’t help but be a little bit sad. It means the beginning of the end, and next year when Breaking Dawn: Part 2 is released it will be over! Stephanie Meyers better get on some new books, or there may be some riots on her hands!
