Holy crap! Ali Lohan used to be a beauty. She was a fresh face, and I actually thought she was prettier than her famous sister, Lindsay.
But now, she looks terrible. She has lost weight and it appears that she has had surgery to her face. Her nose is definitely different, and her lips are more plump. It also looks like her cheeks are different, but that could be a result of her dramatic weight loss. She is scary skinny.
Of course her father is talking to the media about it, claiming it is weight loss and that he is concerned. I am so sure, Michael. He told RadarOnline,
“It’s scary to see my daughter looking like this. Ali was always on the thin side but seeing how much weight she’s lost there appears to be a drastic change that concerns me.”
Ali’s modeling agency also spoke up denying any plastic surgery,
“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. A young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
I don’t know what to believe but she looks like hell. Maybe just hanging with Lindsay is taking a toll on her. She is gorgeous. I hope she hasn’t altered her looks permanently. Eat a cheeseburger and get back to basics girl, you are a natural beauty.

You can’t tell me that Ali is just ‘growing into her face’. What a bunch of BS. She clearly has had something done. That her mother would allow this is not surprising.
