Nicole Richie has postponed the inevitable for the time being. Nicole’s lawyer has managed to have her DUI trial postponed until the 16th of August. The reason for the postponement is because Nicole’s key witness, Dr. McGee who is a drug specialist, is on vacation.
Some excuse, huh? Looks like Nicole’s trial will go better than her BFF Paris’ did.
