Lindsay Lohan is suing Pitbull for some lyrics in his hit song, ‘Give Me Everything.’ I guess girlfriend has to make money somehow!

I guess the only way Lindsay Lohan can make money these days is by suing people. She recently settled for a confidential sum with E*TRADE for their commercial which simply said the name Lindsay and now she is going after Pitbull.

The song, was written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who are also named in the suit , she is suing over the line:

Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’
I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay is claiming that … “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

Going on to say she is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild.”

Well, what they lyrics say is true. Don’t want to be a joke, don’t act like one. I understand she has a disease, but she also has to understand that she is hanging on to her career by a thread. She is very talented but she has become a joke. If she want to be taken seriously she should focus on staying out of trouble and working her way back up. She should be thrilled about someone mentioning her name in a song, it means that she is still relevant!

Lindsay alleges that her name in the song “causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants.”

The suit seeks an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song, and of course unspecified damages.

Celebs have their name mentioned in songs all the time. Perez Hilton gave himself a pseudonym after Paris Hilton. It’s all good.
