Prince William and Prince Harry organized the benefit as a tribute to their mother in Wembley England. It would have been her 46th birthday. All of the stars were there including former girlfriend Kate Middleton, Joss Stone, Fergie, Rod Steward, Duran Duran, Lily Allen, Nelly Furtado.
