Last week Life & Style magazine published pictures of Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo tanning in the nude on their Mexican vacation. Turns out there may be an even racier side to the story. TMZ is reporting that there are more pictures of the couple having hardcore sex in the Jacuzzi. A source told TMZ that the pictures are “Paris Hilton sex-tape level” and shows them in various positions.

Unfortunately for us we will probably never see the spicy photos because Nick and Vanessa had their high-powered attorney send out a letter to all magazines threatening a lawsuit if published.
Marty Singer (their attorney) said, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”
