Gossip Girls star Chace Crawford, who plays Nate on the show, is expanding on his growing movie career. Crawford is one of the latest performers to be added to the large cast line up of stars all on board the flick ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’. His day job On GG isn’t bad either! Check out the photo above of Crawford with guest star, and love interest, Elizabeth Hurley. Plus see more set photos below with casting news from around the web.

Chace Crawford has signed on to appear in director Kirk Jones’ movie ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’. The actor will play opposite Twilight’s Anna Kendrick as her ex-boyfriend Marco. The two will play a couple who reunite, and are in for one of life’s biggest surprises in a film that centers on couples and their pregnancy.

Crawford joins the already committed A-list line up of Bad Teacher star Cameron Diaz, Brooklyn Decker, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Rock, and more. In other casting news, the comedy drama ‘He Loves Me’ has secured a long list of Hollywood faces for the film being directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris. Per 24 Frames, movie heads have cast Antonio Banderas, Steve Coogan, Elliot Gould, Chris Messina, Deborah Ann Woll and Aasi Mandvi. The plot follows a writer who has a case of writer’s block, but manages to “find a love interest in a most unusual way.”

Director Lee Daniels’ upcoming flick ‘The Paperboy’, with Zac Efron, has found a replacement for Tobey Maguire, who dropped out due to a scheduling problem. Instead John Cusack is now attached to play a prisoner in the movie that “follows a reporter and his brother as they investigate a murder that put the suspect on death row.”

Finally, Jason Sudeikis, Will Ferrell, and Matthew McConaghey will all be making guest appearances on the crazy comedy series Eastbound and Down! I can’t wait to see this. Scheduled to show up in season 3 of the HBO series, Sukeikis has been cast in a new guest role, while Ferrell, whose been on the show before, will be back to play the character Ashley Schaeffer, a narcissistic and arrogant BMW dealership owner. Meanwhile, McConaghey will be reprising his role as the gay Texan scout Roy McDaniel. This could be the last season for Eastbound and Down so hopefully show runners send it out with a bang.
