True Blood hottie Joe Manganiello will be bringing his talents to the USA Network this coming New Year! Get all the details behind Manganiello’s guest star appearance in the criminal drama White Collar below and his planned role!
Trading in his werewolf persona Alcide for a short stint, the thirty four year old Manganiello will appear in season 3 of White Collar that stars series regulars Tim DeKay, Matt Bomer and Tiffani Theissen of Saved by the Bell fame. He is scheduled to play an ex-convict that relocates to a new home right across the street from, lead star, and FBI agent Peter and his wife Elizabeth.

Seeing the pair share the screen should get fans excited. The news announced by EW first, with The Hollywood Reporter, not trailing far behind, was released today, confirming that the ‘True Blood’ star will be White Collar’s new villain in an episode set to air January 2012. Aside from Joe, actor Beau Bridges, former Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku, William Sadler, and Danny Masterson will all be making guest appearances.
To date, Manganiello, who broke out on the True Blood scene in season 4, and has already managed to draw quite a following, has previously appeared in the CW’s One Tree Hill as Owen, CSI, the TV series 100 Questions as Rick,Til Death, Livin’ on a Prayer, and starred for three years on the hit primetime comedy How I Met Your Mother as the character Brad.
