Not only was it a secret wedding engagement ceremony, but reports are that Rani went crazy over Aditya in the ceremony ritual. She described it as a “ecstatic manifestation” of her love for him. Awwww.
A private “roka” ceremony happened at the Chopra home with families and close friends. Rani Mukherjee wore a maroon saree with silver embroidery and Aditya Chopra wore a kurta-pyjama. Both of these engagement costumes were designed by Pallavi Jaikishan.

Biography of Rani’s love life:
Rani Mukerji (formerly Rani Mukherjee) comes from a film-oriented family of Bengali origin. Her father Ram Mukherjee is a retired director and one of the founders of Filmalaya Studios. Her mother Krishna was a playback singer. Her brother Raja Mukherjee is a film producer, now turned director. Her maternal aunt, Debashree Roy, was a Bengali-film actress and her cousin Kajol is a Bollywood actress.
Gossip columnists have linked Mukherjee to many industry figures, but she has strongly denied every single rumor of romance. Several gossip columns have also claimed that she is regularly in feud with some of the Bollywood actors and actresses, but she has denied this.
The actress changed the English transliteration of her surname from Mukherjee to Mukerji several years ago. At the time, it was reported that she did this for numerological reasons. In 2006, Mukerji stated that numerology was not a concern; her name had been put down as Mukerji on her passport, and she wanted to be consistent.

i am avery bg fan of rani mukerji that i have not missed her any of the film till now and will not miss any time . she is so sweet well to do in her every work for example her dressing . i wish she works more and have a great success in her life and she looks fabulous in sarees which she wears . and my are with her always . thanks

First & formost i’m a big fan of the wonderful gorgeous of Bollywood actress i.e Rani Mukerji.
Secondly, i’m here by 2 congratulate her for the recently engagement with Aditya Chopra. And 2 say the truth i’ve watched most of her films if it is not all of them, they were fabulous.

i love you Rani. I havent missed any single movie of yours. To tell you the truth I have watched all of them 6 times except Black, which I have watched 4 times. It always makes me cry. You are absolutely wonderful in all the movies you have appeared in. Actually I have to admit I have converted my room into your shrine.
