Why should men get to go topless, showing off their saggy man-boobs, but women need to cover up their half-nude bodies? Not these days when women have equality, especially in New York City on a hot summer day. The humidity is just un-bare-able, and the court in New York agrees that it was a false arrest.

Jill Coccaro was awarded $29,000 for false arrest by a zealous police officer who just couldn’t bare to walk past her topless body. After loitering far too long, he scooped her into his manly police arms and whisked her off to the station. Bad, bad boy.

Jill is a hippie with needles pierced through her nipples. She has taken place in naked anti-war protests in Central Park. About breasts, she says “I think they’re beautiful, don’t you?”

“It is a man’s right to be topless—topfree—and nobody stops him…. We’re here, and we’re gonna show that we can be topfree—that we can be on our bikes or on our blades and be part of traffic.”
