Sandy Fonzo VIDEO: Mom Lashes Out Over Cash For Kids Scandal

February 21, 2011

A Pennsylvania mom lashes out over the Cash For Kids scandal at the judge behind the whole scam and guess what she has every right too. The mother in question is Sandy Fonzo, video of her fit of rage is below, and just wait until you hear her heartbreaking story.

The video of Sandy Fonzo going off on judge Mark Ciavarella for his involvement in the Cash For Kids scandal is going viral. She is the mom who lashed out at a man who deserved so much more in my eyes. Hats off to you Sandy because you let that SOB have it and have it good.

Here is the lowdown on what happened, Ciavarella apparently took a $1 million kick back from the builder of a juvenile jail to help keep it full to capacity. In order to keep up his end of the deal Mark sent kids as young as age 10 to the jail, many for crimes that should not have warranted jail time.

One of the kids unfortunate enough to have Ciavarella as judge was 17-year old Edward Kenzakoski, son of Fonzo, who was sentenced to a four-month boot camp and 30 days in jail for a first time minor drug offense. Edward, a one time all star wrestler, eventually killed himself after his life spiraled out of control once he served his sentence, he even lost a scholarship because of the sentencing. Now you can see why his mother flew into a fit of rage as Mark walked out of a the court house after he was convicted for his crimes.

Seriously you have to watch the Sandy Fonzo video below, she is the mom who lashed out over the Cash For Kids scandal and boy does she let that judge have it. I seriously was expecting her to kick butt at some point. It won’t bring her son back but here is hoping now that the scumbag who did this to her son is paying for what he did it might help bring some closure to Sandy. I have to say my heart goes out her.

I think Teenagers should stop getting charged with crimes if it leads to what happened to her son. When I was 14 I had to go away for months for a minor drug charge. Juvenile detention and rehab. Me being a little girl got upset but got through it because i knew the crime was my fault and no body else’s. Teenagers have a lot of stuff going on in their lives it could have been caused from anything that was going on with him that his family did not know that happened the years after he got out of detention . Im sure deaths could be blamed on alot of things if you think about it…

Judges try to scare teenagers straight so they do not keep committing crimes..

Lady, sorry about your son but the bottom line is he was on drugs and had mental problems. Now, that doesn’t make you a failure as a Mom, but the question begs asking – what did you do to help your son, anything?
If more judges were tough on juvenile offenders society would be better off, most judges don’t have the cajones. That said if this guy was taking bribes to be tough shame on him, he should be held accountable.
Just as YOU and YOUR SON should be held accountable for your actions. Good luck with your bogus ambulance chaser lawsuit.

I am so tired of corrupt politicians and us giving them a pass. Make someone listen, if this was my child, who knows what I would have done to the jerk.
