Cy Waits: Paris Hilton’s Boyfriend Arrested

She gets off clean and he gets three counts!? Cy Waits may have to face some serious sentencing after being arrested in August. Paris Hilton’s boyfriend will be arraigned on Feb. 17, and then we will know. For the latest details, with more photos and videos, keep reading below.

The couple was cruising on the Las Vegas strip at almost midnight on August 27th when a cop pulled them over. After smelling suspicious substances and searching the car, they were both arrested. The heiress was able to sneak past most of the consequences, but her man may face serious trouble.

He has a trio of charges against him which would put him in jail up to about 4 ½ years, and with fines totaling up to over $6,000. Cy Waits faces a felony charge for being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor DUI, and another misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance! And it seems like the only thing his team has going for them, is that it is unclear what the couple was pulled over in the first place. However, once they were stopped the cop said:

“I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking.”

It was quite a week for him when all of this happened. That was the same week when he saved his girlfriend by holding an intruder at gunpoint until authorities arrived. After Paris Hilton’s boyfriend was arrested for the drugs, he was let go from being the head of operations at the Wynn and Encore nightclub.

“Wynn has a zero-tolerance policy with their club execs when it comes to brushes with the law.”

In about a month we will finally know what will come of this incident. Will Cy Waits get as lucky as his leading lady? Paris Hilton’s boyfriend was arrested with her, but she got off pretty clean.
