Rocky Delgadillo, the Los Angeles City Attorney is NOT pleased that Paris has been released from jail! After Paris’ release earlier today, a press conference was held to confirm that a motion hadbeen filed to have Paris returned to jail to serve her full sentence!
Paris’ sentencing order clearly stated that no alternatives were to be used in lieu of her jail sentence, including electronic monitoring! So Delgadillo is wondering why the Sheriff’s Department shouldn’t be held in contempt of the court for releasing Paris.
Judge Michael Sauer has granted the hearing, which is set for 9 o’clock tomorrow morning, Pacific time.
Send her back! Paris should not be allowed to bawl and whine her way out of this! My sympathies to the jail personnel should she be ordered back, but they are doing the world (and the justice system) a good deed!
