An insider told Perez Hilton that things are beginning to heat up between the ‘Party in the USA Singer’ and Canadian actor Avan Jogia. It seems as if the two have been spending more time together, and this has led to them “getting closer”, according to reports.

Although the ‘Hannah Montana’ actress seems to be adamant about being single for her upcoming 18th birthday. So, even if sparks are flying, love might just have to wait until after she hits the big 1-8 on November 23.
