At first I was hesitant to give this kid props, but after listening to his last audition I must admit that he has a lot of talent. Not to mention he was blessed with good looks, which should give him a bit of an edge to win the competition. My only critic is his voice is still a little shaky and frail, but that’s nothing a few vocal lessons won’t be able to fix.

As a biography: how old is Aiden Grimshaw? He is 18-years-old. He was the lead in his high school’s production of ‘Grease’. For his first audition on X-Factor he performed the Kanye West version of “Gold Digger”. In response to his audition the boorish Simon Cowell said, “Now that’s what I call a pop star,” and he received praise from all the other judges as well. Many people are not only giving him credit for being a talented singer, but also for his trendy fashion sense. He already has a fan page on the social networking site twitter that, as of today, Sunday, October 3, 2010 boasts 464 followers, but his fan page on YouTube is lagging behind with a mere 13 subscribers and 4 friends.
