For some reason I cannot envision Snooki, who’s real name is Nicole Polizzi, being capable of writing a book…do you? Is it really A Shore Thing? Be sure to check out pictures and videos below!

According to reports, this will be a biography of the one and only Snooki due out at the beginning of the year! This is bound to be quite the celebration following the penmanship of her first novel. In collaboration with Gallery books, Simon & Schuster, say that the book “will feature “big hair, dark tans and fights galore”.

The 22-year old says that she is “pumped to announce to my fans a project that I’ve been working on for some time. This book will have you falling in love at the shore. It’s ‘A Shore Thing!'”

In a press release, Snooki’s new book, should be available for purchase in January 2011. Jennifer Bergstrom, Vice President for Gallery Books, “describes the book as a fun, sexy novel about a single girl looking for love on the Jersey Shore.”

The tentative title for Snooki’s new book is A Shore Thing…but really, is it? What do you make of Snooki’s new project? Is this something that you will add to your Jersey Shore collection? With a hit reality tv show, promotional opportunities, and a book in the works, I’d say she isn’t doing to shabby!

Tell us your thoughts about America’s Jersey girl in the comment box. Also, see photos of the reality tv star and a video clip of her most recent interview on David Letterman below!
