Simon Says: “Get it together Britney.”

Finally, finally. Someone has finally played the parenting role with Britney Spears. And who could possibly be better at it than Simon Cowell? According to Celebitchy,Simon recently sounded off during an interview with Good Morning America’s ABC News correspondent Juju Chang regarding Britney’s obvious public meltdown.

Simon told Chang that Britney is certainly capable of reviving her career, as she’s still “one of the most talked about pop stars on the planet.”

But the advice started when Cowell said that Britney simply can’t handle the tension and pressure that comes from fame and that home is where she needs to go to sit back and ponder her life.

“Lock the door, don’t go out with your stupid friends, have some home-cooked food, get a sense of reality. Go lie in the garden, okay? And then say to yourself, ‘There’s more good in my life than bad. I’m still a rich, talented girl – now I want to get my career back on track.’ End of story.?

Simon has a valid point here. Despite the fact that Britney has done zero with her career over the past few years, it’s obvious she still has public appeal. I’m not sure going home to Lynne Spears would be the wisest of choices, as Lynne was ultimately responsible for Britney’s conduct as a young starlet.

I still say she needs to take her kids to the middle of nowhere, North Dakota and live a normal life for a year without anyone bothering her. Get your shit straight Britney and then come back to the limelight if it still appeals to you!

I can’t even fathom how simon cowel of american idol can say britney spears is talented. But she does have more good in her life then bad. She needs to think about the fact she was aloud to have more then any other 15 would have ben aloud to have. She needs to think about the fact that her mother did more then alot of mothers would have ever gone out of the way to do for there daughters.
